Added advantage is that you have documented everything about the new car..so,recourse to legal action and putting everything on social media would have compelled the dealer to replace the car with a brand new car..Hyundai dealer calls all customers time and again to give them a highest rating..but where is the real fear..being a you tuber you should have taught them a good lesson..!!!

I had a similar experience where they did not care to wash my car before delivery. They took money for the parts but haven't delivered saying that the parts person has resigned. Probably this is a common strategy being used these days. 🙏

Same thing happened with me while changing tyres at authorised Apollo tyres. They cut the sensor wire attached to the wheel while alignment and drove off my var without asking me. I found it suspicious but they said it was test drive. I found scratches on engine hood. And the way they talked, I didn't notice the ABS light blinking (which was due to the sensor wire cut) Next day I informed them. They told me to bring the car and they found the wire cut but told me, there's no issue, go to the garage nearby (which was their tie up I guess). I fixed it from Garage and told them that wire was damaged during the tyre changing. Not only were they reluctant to accept their fault but mocking me as if I'm saying something which is not possible. What can I do to take action against these Cheaters?

Complaint wapas mat lena bhaiya......aapke jaise aur bhi customers hai.... Agar sabke saath esa scam hota raaha toh extra income unka kitna jyada hota hoga.... And upar se pura paisa deke gaadi le rahe hai na..... Toh customer kyu adjust kare.... Har showroom ka yehi scene hai...... Bas aap complaint wapas mat lena..... Inko sahi me bamboo dena chahiye !!! Aapka time loss hua.... Upar se itna inconvenience......seriously they deserve to be sued!

Don't withdraw the complaint they are habitual cheaters your bumper will be put to another customer again cheating.you don't give good ratings when you got bad experience.
